Fitness, Weight Loss, and Mind & Body Reimbursement
To receive the $150 fitness and weight loss reimbursement for your healthy lifestyle choices, please ensure you submit your reimbursement requests by March 31 of the following year. What Qualifies for fitness reimbursement?
• Membership Fees: Full-service health clubs with cardio and strength-training equipment, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, weight machines, and free weights.
• Fitness Class Fees: Studio or online classes with instructor-led group sessions, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, indoor cycling/spinning, and more.
• Bicycles/Bicycle Helmets: Purchases for recreational use. Note that rentals and bike share programs are not eligible.
• Athletic Shoes: Designed for sports, exercising, or recreational activities. Casual and dress shoes are not eligible.
• Sports Activity Fees: Includes ski passes, sports league fees (e.g., town sports, tennis, golf, basketball), and race participation fees.
What qualifies for weight loss reimbursement?
• Participation fees for hospital-based programs and in-person Weight Watchers sessions
• Participation fees for Weight Watchers and other non-hospital programs (in-person or online) that combine healthy eating, exercise, and coaching sessions with certified health professionals such as nutritionists, registered dietitians, or exercise physiologists.
What qualifies for mind and body reimbursement?
• Massage therapy • Hypnosis therapy • Meditation therapy • Tai chi • Qi (chi) gong • Breathing and meditation apps

• Reimbursements are processed on a per-year basis for each individual or family. Ensure you submit your request by March 31 of the following year.
• Reimbursement decisions are typically made within 30 days of receiving your request. Please keep extra copies of your receipts.
